Points Rewards System
1. The Points Reward system.
Many of us will remember the “Green Stamps” system, the fashion for Supermarkets and Filling Stations, a whole sheet of stamps were worth next to nothing, and you could only use them to buy expensive items out of a catalogue. Points rewards systems are similar, not a high value, but still a good way of rewarding regular customers who order online, rather than the usual special offers for new ones, and good for us, as it about the same cost as taking telephone orders, while still leaving me the capability of offering price reduction offers when possible.
2. Redeeming your points.
Points will be added to your account automatically, as some will have already spotted, at a rate of 1 Point for every £1.00 you spend. As with most other systems, our points are worth 1p each, (equivalent of 1% of your order), and can be redeemed as a cash discount off your order at any time. In order to redeem them you just
login to customer services, and go to the “Redeem Points” section, you can claim all or part of your points at any time. An email will be sent with a Coupon Discount code, but you can continue shopping and the discount will be available immediately.

b. Discount Coupons can only be used online at

c. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, except as a discount off your order.
We generally find that orders are mainly for Wednesday or Friday Deliveries, so from this week as a little encouragement I have set it up so that online orders for delivery on THURSDAYS will automatically earn DOUBLE POINTS, as of
27/07/2006.

where you can change your address or email, and there are other options available. |
