For help with ordering your shopping the sequence of events is as follows:-
Product shopping

Having found the product page you need from the navigation bar, or the
product index, you need to just treat the page as a shopping list, ticking
off the items you want as you got down the page. Then just click the
"Add selected Items" button (step 2) at the bottom of the page.
1. Find the item you require
2. Change the quantity box if you want more than one
3. Select any options for the product or enter your
requirements (where it is necessary)
4. Select the item by clicking the
"Select" box on the right
Repeat the above until you have all the items you require on that page
ticked off then go to step 2
Shopping Cart

Clicking on the "Add selected Items" button, does exactly what is
says, and takes you to the Shopping Cart page which lists all the items you
have ordered so far, together with a sub total of the cost. You now have 3
possible options
1. Remove or change the quantity of the item, click
re-calculate to reset the list.
2. Continue shopping by either going to the product index,
or use the navigation bar at the top to go straight to the page.
3. Click "Go to the Checkout" to complete your
order when you have finished shopping.
Customer details

The first stage in the checkout procedure collects your personal
details and any delivery information. Passwords are no longer in needed but
you will need to enter your
details including a valid email address, (otherwise we can't keep you
informed of the progress of your order), and a daytime telephone number to
contact you in case of difficulties.
Next select your preferred delivery day/option.
If you want the box delivered to an alternative address (work address or as
a gift), enter the delivery details, otherwise skip to the bottom of the
page.
If you
wish, enter any special delivery instructions (put in the garage if not in)
or any other message in the "Wish List"/comments box at the bottom. Then
click continue to go to the next page. If you are returned to the same page,
please check that you have filled in all the required boxes (marked with an
asterisk * ) before continuing.
Order details

Clicking Continue takes you to a page where you can check all the details of
the order, including a final total cost including delivery charge (where
applicable). You are given the option to cancel the order at this stage,
which will delete all that you have entered so far, or click on the
"Enter payment Details" button to go to the Secure payment site.
Payment details

You will now be in our Secure site and your card details will be further
encrypted before being stored in the database until your order has been
sent. We don't process the charge on your credit card online, as we do it
manually when your order has been made up and is ready for collection by the
couriers. It is essential that you enter accurate information, as any delay
in processing your transaction not only creates unnecessary phone calls, but
could mean your order misses the transport deadline. You still have one more
chance to cancel your order if you wish, click on the "Continue"
button to finalize your order.
Order Confirmation

After successful completion of your order several things happen
1. You should now have a "Thank you for your
order" message on the screen with an order number, date and a copy of
your order, which you can print for your reference.
2. The system has now recorded your order and will email a
notification to us, and a confirmation to you.
3. Within 24 hours you should receive further confirmation
by email from us that we have received your order.
